Perennial Leadership

Perennial Leadership Consulting, LLC is based in Alpharetta, GA. We offer both in-person and remote services all around the continental US.

Perennial was founded in 2022 by Amanda Middendorf. Amanda is a former HR executive with experience in the manufacturing, engineering, retail, automotive and financial services industries. During her corporate career, Amanda spent nearly 15 years specializing in management development and training for first time, front-line, and rising mid-level leaders. Amanda knows first-hand that climbing the corporate ladder can be rewarding, but also challenging. People problems often become the top reason that leaders stay up at night. Amanda has offered organizational and leadership coaching to hundreds of people managers in her career, from C-Level executive to team leader. Amanda has an MBA from the University of Florida and a BA in Psychology from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN.
